This system is an innovative solution for remotely monitoring hooklifts and skiploaders. Compatible with any manufacturer, it can also support custom firmware for direct protocol integration upon request.
At its core is the R4 Detect device. Easily installed on-site, it connects seamlessly to R4 Monitoring, a platform accessible from your PC, tablet, or smartphone, offering real-time insights to improve efficiency and performance.

THE DEVICE IS MADE UP OF THE FOLLOWING KEY ELEMENTS:
- Plastic fixing case (6 DIN modules)
A robust 2 mm thick casing designed for easy installation on electrical panels, securely mounted using DIN support rails.
- Data acquisition and processing card
Capable of receiving up to 6 digital signals (5-24 Vac/Vdc) and 4 analog signals. It includes a customizable button for specific needs and an LED indicator to show operational status.
- Electronic card with GPS/GPRS modem
Equipped with a GPS/GPRS modem for seamless data transmission and reception. The modem is powered through the card, and a SIM card is inserted into the dedicated slot for data communication.
HOW IT WORKS:
R4 Detect is installed directly onto your machine, giving you secure credentials to access and manage your selected system with ease.
The device uses a SIM card for communication and leverages the Internet to transmit data in real-time, ensuring continuous connectivity.

R4 Hooklifts Solutions comes with a self-installation kit, including a detailed manual available in our support area for step-by-step guidance.
